Creating free surveys with Microsoft Excel Web App is very easy. You can create a survey with unlimited questions and get unlimited responses. And then you can download the excel file to your disk and play around the data in Excel to create charts and summaries.
1. Log into your SkyDrive.
2. Click on at the top of the page, then select "Excel Workbook", name it. New Excel sheet opens in Microsoft Excel Web App.
3. Click on "Insert Tab" > "Survey" > "New Survey" as below...
4. A new wizard window opens in Excel Web App. Add questions you would like to add as below...
5. Click on "Save and View" to view survey, click on "Share Survey" to get a link to share it with people.
